These files look really great - thanks for posting them! However, it appears that there might be a size mismatch between the cover and the Lulu version. I went to Lulu to print a copy of the book for my use and their system accepted the main file OK but rejected the cover file. The error message that I got said that he size of the cover file was not correct and was outside of the limit. Is there any way to fix this so that I can print out the file at Lulu? Brian
