These files look really great - thanks for posting them! However, it appears that there might be a size mismatch between the cover and the Lulu version. I went to Lulu to print a copy of the book for my use and their system accepted the main file OK but rejected the cover file. The error message that I got said that he size of the cover file was not correct and was outside of the limit. Is there any way to fix this so that I can print out the file at Lulu?

I get the following errors when I upload the interior file:

Images: Your file contains images with resolution less than 200 pixels per inch. Lulu suggests using images with a pixel per inch range of 200-600 for the best results.

Font Size: Some of your fonts are less than 5 pt. That's pretty small. We recommend all fonts be 8 pt or more.

Ink Coverage: Your file contains inks with high ink coverage requirements. Using Standard print for content with high ink coverage requirements may result in poor print quality. Please select Premium print or adjust your file to include lower ink coverage.

Transparency: We detected an element that may be transparent within your file. We strongly recommend flattening or removing any transparencies in your file.

 

The Ink Coverage error is no problem, but the image resolution and font sizes may be an issue.
